  • Kula matunda, mbogamboga na maji kwa wingi.
  • Tafuta muda wa kufanya mazoezi na urudie kila siku, unapozoea mazoezi ongeza ugumu
  •  Omba ushauri kwa wana mazoezi ili upate uelewa zaidi
