Mazoezi kimwili ni muhimu sana katika dunia ya leo. Kila mtu anafurahia faida za mazoezi. Mazoezi hufanya mwili wako uwe na nguvu na wenye afya.

Naweza kushiriki katika mazoezi nikiwa na ugonjwa wa figo?
Ndiyo. Watu ambao wanaamua kufuata mpango wa mazoezi huwa na afya bora zaidi.
