Vidonda vya kujirudia mara kwa mara mdomoni(apthous stomatitis)

Kuna watu hupata vidonda mdomoni mara kwa mara na hakumbuki alivipataje,yawezekana una tatizo la vidonda vya kujirudia ambalo kitaalamu  linajulikana kama reccurent apthous stomatitis.Vidonda hivi vinawapata watu wote hasa wasomi na watu wenye maisha ya juu kiuchumi.

Vidonda hivi hutokea maeneo yote ya ndani ya mdomo na sehemu ya ndani ya mashavu.Watu wengi wanapata  kidonda kimoja tu wengine viwili na kuendelea vya ukubwa tofauti  kuanzia chini ya sentimita moja na kuendelea.Baadhi ya watu hupata maumivu makali wakashindwa kuvumilia wengine huweza kuyavumilia.Vidonda hivi vinaweza kusababisha mtu kushindwa kutafuna chakula vizuri hata kushindwa kuongea hivo vinahitaji uangalizi pale vinapozidi.

Sababu ya kutokea vidonda hivi haijulikani moja kwa moja lakini kuna baadhi ya vitu huwa vinahusianishwa na vidonda hivi kama:

  • Msongo wa mawazo na hitilafu kwenye homoni za mwili.
  • Hitilafu kwenye mfumo wa kinga ya mwili.
  • Kujiumiza na meno au vitu vingine.
  • Ukosefu wa baadhi ya vitamini kama vitamin B12,Folic acid na madini chuma mwilini.
  • Maambukizi yatokanayo na bakteria au virusi aina ya herpes zoster.
  • Wengine huwa ni vya kurithi yaani kama mtu ana historia ya vidonda hivi kwenye familia yake.
  • Madhara yatokanayo na kula vyakula(allergy) Fulani kwa baadhi ya watu kama vyakula vyenye kimea,jamii ya karanga na chokleti.

Dalili za vidonda hivi

  • Hisia ya kuungua na muwasho kidogo kwenye eneo husika kabla kidonda hakijatokea
  • Kidonda hutokea na huwa na maumivu makali hasa siku 4 za mwanzo

Vidonda hivi huwa vinapona vyenyewe baada ya siku 7 mpaka 10 kwa mtu mwenye afya nzuri.Ikizidi hapo onana na daktari wa meno kupata msaada wa kitaalamu na kujiridhisha kama ndo vyenyewe, pia unashauriwa kufanya yafuatayo.

  • Kuepuka au kupunguza msongo wa mawazo
  • Kula mlo kamili wenye virutubisho vyote
  • Kuepuka kutumia vyakula ambavo vinakuletea madhara kama unavifahamu.
  • kusukutua kwa maji ya uvuguvugu yenye chumvi kiasi angalau mara mbili mpka nne kwa siku
  • weka kipande cha barafu kwenye kidonda hii hupunguza maumivu
  • Tumia dawa za kutuliza maumivu kama maumivu ni makali
  • Ukionana na daktari wa kinywa na meno anaweza kukupatia dawa za kupaka za kupunguza maumivu, dawa za kusukutua na kuua vijidudu kama kuna maambukizi .

    By hx of a pt and clinical examination
    Treatment
    No need of antibiotics in early stages you can give pain killers, oral and advice to eat balance diet plus oral personal hygiene.
