    2.Gawanya kwa 30
    3.kwa mwanamazoezi, jumlisha lt 0.35 kwa kila dakika 30
    4.maji mengine hupatikana kwenye chakula hivyo tunaamini kuna asilimia ya maji tunayo tunapokula
    Mfano; kwa mtu mwenye kilo 60
    60/30=Lts 2
    b)kama anafanya mazoezi kwa saa moja kila siku
    (0.35*2)= Lts 0.7
    Hivyo itakuwa
    Lt 2+ Lt 0.7= Lt 2.7
  • hii ni kiasi cha maji cha chini unaweza kunywa kwa  siku.

    Hii inatufaa sana sisi wanahisabati wa karne hii.
    Lakini kwa kuwasaidia wale ambao hesabu kidogo ni changamoto, au hata calculator ikikosekana karibu. Au hata wale wasioweza kupima maji kilo mbili na robo (Hahahaah)
    Hakikisha tu; ‘Kunywa maji kiasi cha kutosha kufanya mkojo wako uwe na rangi iliyopauka(pale)……Nyongeza; Kula mboga kiasi cha kufanya rangi ya kinyesi chako kiwe kijani ; ) ‘
