Mazoezi ya kupunguza kitambi

Kitambi au kwa kitaalam zaidi abdominal obesity hutokana na mafuta mengi sehemu za tumbo.
Kitambi sio kizuri kwa afya na muonekano pia, hasa kwa wanawake. Hivyo kuna njia nyingi zinazotumika katika kupunguza vitambi ikiwemo mazoezi.
Kuna mazoezi ya aina mbili kuu.
1. Mazoezi yanayoongeza mapigo ya moyo kama kukimbia, kuruka kamba n.k
2. Mazoezi ya kukaza misuli kama mazoezi ya kukaza misuli ya tumbo “sit ups” n.k
Watu wengi huamini kuwa mazoezi ya kukaza misuli ya tumbo peke yake yatamsaidia kupunguza kitambi. Hii hupelekea maendelea hafifu na kukata tamaa.
Ili kupunguza kitambi inampasa mtu kufanya mazoezi ya aina zote mbili. Yaani ya kukaza misuli na kuongeza mzunguko wa damu. Hii husaidia kupunguza mafuta na kukaza misuli ya tumbo, hivyo kitambi kupungua.
Ikiwa ni lazima mtu afanye mazoezi ya aina moja kati ya hayo mawili ili kupunguza kitambi, basi apendelee zaidi kuruka kamba, kukimbia n.k yaani mazoezi yatakayo ongeza mzunguko wa damu.
