Njia sahihi ya kupunguza uzito

Kume kuwa na shida kipindi watu wanataka kupunguza uzito, mara nyingi tumekua tukijinyima chakula kabisa, ili tupunguze uzito. Zifuatayo ni njia za kupunguza uzito kwa usahihi,
1: Pangilia milo yako vizuri na kunywa maji ya kutosha.
hakikisha milo unayokula haina mafuta, epuka kula nyama nyekundu na vyakula vilivyo kobolewa. Kula matunda kwa wingi na kunywa maji mengi kwa siku.

2:Pata usingizi wa kutosha
hakikisha unapata usingizi wa kutosha kwa masaa nane. Panga muda wa kutosha kwa ajili ya kufanya mambo tofauti lakini pia hakikisha unapata usingizi wa kutosha
Fanya mazoezi
3:fanya mazoezi Kila siku tafuta muda maalumu kwa ajili ya kufanya mazoezi, unaweza ukafanya mazoezi asubuhi kabla ya kuanza kazi au jioni ukiimaliza kazi
4: Epuka kunywa vinywaji vya baridi, hii inapelekea mafuta kuendelea kubaki mwilini.
