Nile nini endapo nina Kisukari!? (part 1)

Hapo zamani mpango wa chakula kwa watu wenye kisukari ulikua unawabana sana. Hivi sasa zama zimebadilika na vitu vimebadilika. Kinachotakiwa ni mabadiliko kidogo tu kwenye kuchagua ule nini, kwa kiasi gani na kwa wakati gani huku ukiendelea kufurahia vyakula uvipendavyo.

Nini maana ya Kula kwa afya!?

  • Kula vyakula vya aina mbalimbali ukijumuisha mbogamboga, matunda, nafaka zisizokobolewa (whole grain), mafuta salama hasa yale yatokanayo na mimea,minofu ya nyama(lean meat) na bidhaa za maziwa sisizo na mafuta
  • Usile chakula kingi kwa wakati mmoja
  • Usile chakula cha aina moja kwa wingi
  • Hakikisha unaacha nafasi sawasawa kati ya mlo mmoja na mwingine ndani ya siku(evenly spaced meals throughout the day)
  • Usiruke mlo hata mmoja kila siku.

Kula kwa afya kutanisaidia nini!?

  • Kuweka kiwango cha sukari, shinikizo la damu na mafuta kwenye damu kuwa katika lengo ulilojiwekea.
  • Kuendelea kuwa katika Uzito wa Mwili unaotakiwa.
  • Kuzuia au kuchelewesha matatizo yatokanayo na kisukari.
