Mazoezi Yanaongezaje Kinga ya Mwili

Mazoezi husaidia kuondoa  vijidudu mwilini.

  • Mfano  bacteria kwenye mfumo wa hewa hivyo kuzuia maradhi.

Huongeza ufanisi wa kinga ya mwili katika kupambana na maradhi.

Pia kusambaa kwa kinga hiyo kwa haraka zaidi na hii inaweza kupelekea kugundulika kwa uwepo wa vijidudu kwa haraka .

Kuongezeka kwa joto la mwili wakati wa mazoezi kunasaidia kuzuia ukuwaji wa vijidudu kama bacteria.

Inashauriwa kwa zoezi lolote unalofanya,lifanywe kwa kiasi na kuwe na siku za kupumzisha mwili kwani yanapopitiliza kiasi yanaweza kuathiri mwili.
